We are pleased to offer our patients the opportunity to attend a REACT asthma clinical review, designed to help you manage your asthma more effectively.
What is the REACT Clinic?
The REACT service is delivered by National Services for Health Improvement Ltd. (NSHI), an independent healthcare provider. This service is fully funded by Chiesi Ltd., a pharmaceutical company, and aims to ensure patients receive high-quality asthma care tailored to their needs.
Who is eligable for an appointment withthe REACT clinic?
A REACT appointment is designed for asthma patients who may benefit from a detailed clinical review to optimize their condition management. It is particularly suitable for:

✅ Those who have had recent asthma attacks – If you've needed emergency treatment, steroids, or hospital care for asthma in the last year.
✅ Patients on regular asthma medication – To ensure you are using the right inhalers, medications, and doses for your needs.
✅ Anyone unsure about their inhaler technique – Correct technique is key to effective treatment.
✅ Patients looking for an updated Asthma Action Plan – A personalized plan can help prevent future flare-ups and improve daily management.
