The Friends and Family Test is a vital tool for gathering patient feedback on the care and treatment provided at our practice. In March 2025, 67 patients participated, with a majority expressing a positive likelihood of recommending our services, reflecting strong satisfaction levels. Positive feedback highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of our staff, as well as the effectiveness of the eConsult system. However, areas for improvement were noted, including difficulties in accessing doctors, a lack of personal touch, and specific concerns about doctor interactions. We are committed to addressing these issues through enhanced communication, staff training, and continuous service improvement. Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage further input through our website's Feedback section, ensuring all comments are reviewed and actioned by our management team.
