How to Get Help and Appointments from Our GP Team
We use a system called eConsult to help you and your family get advice or appointments with the right person.
What is eConsult?
-
eConsult is a free online form that registered patients can use to contact us.
-
You can send one between 5.00 am and 12.00 pm (lunchtime), Monday to Friday (not weekends or bank holidays).
-
If you send it before 12.00 pm (or before we reach our daily limit of 100 requests), we will reply to you the same day.
-
It was made by NHS doctors to make getting help easier.
-
You can use it for medical questions, prescriptions, or paperwork.
Who will see it?
-
Our GPs
-
They work with nurse practitioner, practice nurses, pharmacist, patient advisors, and healthcare assistants.
Top Tips for eConsult

✅ One person = one form. Each family member needs their own.
✅ Tell us when you’re free – we’ll try to match this.
✅ Give us as much detail as you can, so we can help quickly.
✅ Keep your phone nearby – we usually text or call you with advice or an appointment.
✅ If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know so we can give it to someone else.
