eConsult Update Summer 2022
eConsult is a free online service that enables registered patients to contact us between 12.00am to 12.00pm Monday to Friday
Submit a medical or administrative eConsult to us *before 12.00pm and we will respond to you by the end of that same day.
Due to exceptionally high demand, eConsult will now close at *12.00pm each working day and reopen the next working day. If you have an urgent matter after 12.00pm please contact our Reception Team.
* eConsults will close once we reach 12.00pm or capacity for the day, whichever comes first.

Finally if you have an appointment but your feel you no longer need it, please let us know so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Use eConsult and get a response today if you submit before 12pm, Monday to Friday. All other requests will be responded to by the end of the next working day.
