NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM Posted on 8 Jul 2020

Following patient feedback, that sometimes people struggle to get through to us on the telephone, you will be pleased to hear that TODAY we have gone live with a new telephone system.

This system has;
1. More telephone lines both into and out of the surgery

2. A queue busting service that allows callers to request call backs when there are a lot of people waiting to speak with us.

3. Telephone call recording for all inbound and outbound calls.

We hope that you soon start to see the benefits of this new system and we thank you for your patience as we get used to the new system.
