April 2026 Friends and Family Test Results
We would like to thank all patients who took the time to complete the Friends and Family Test during April 2026. Your feedback is extremely important and helps us recognise what we are doing well, as well as identify areas where we can improve patient experience.
Overall Results
A total of 117 responses were received during April:
- 70 patients rated their experience as Very Good
- 27 patients rated their experience as Good
- 8 patients rated their experience as Neither good nor poor
- 12 patients rated their experience as Poor
- 0 patients rated their experience as Very Poor
- 0 patients selected Don’t Know
This means that over 82% of patients rated their experience positively.
What Patients Told Us
Many patients praised the caring and professional approach of our team, with comments highlighting:
- Friendly and supportive reception staff
- Professional and empathetic clinicians
- Feeling listened to and involved in care decisions
- Thorough consultations and continuity of care
Some examples of positive feedback included comments about staff “going above and beyond,” being “kind and professional,” and providing “excellent continuity of care.”
Areas for Improvement
We also received valuable feedback regarding:
- Waiting times for appointments
- Limited vaccination appointment availability for working parents
- Delays in appointment start times
- Access to blood test appointments
- Experiences relating to communication and clinical concerns
We take all feedback seriously and continue to review patient comments to help improve our services and patient experience.
